Kaskad is a municipal family pool catering to a broad target group. The facility consists of two 25-meter pools, two therapy pools, a play area, and a café. In addition to the family pool at Kaskad, Marks Municipality is also responsible for two outdoor pools open during the summer season: Backagårdsbadet and Kungabergsbadet. Our visitors range from private individuals to associations, organizations, and schools.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, among other things, lifeguarding, staffing the reception, working as a café assistant, water fitness instructor, and cleaning. Other recurring tasks within the operations may also be included, such as swimming instruction.
The majority of working hours are scheduled at the family pool Kaskad. During the summer season, we are also responsible for the municipality's outdoor pools and conduct outdoor swimming instruction. As a student lifeguard, you work according to a schedule with a few evening shifts per week and every third weekend.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience or knowledge in one or more of the tasks is an asset. As a student lifeguard, service is a keyword in the work. It is of great importance that you deliver good service in all parts of the operations so that our visitors get a positive and memorable experience with us.
Kaskad is a workplace where you meet many people, both visitors and colleagues. Therefore, it is necessary that you are a social person who finds it easy to make contact with others and enjoys working with people. You have a positive and flexible attitude, are proactive, show engagement, and take responsibility for your tasks. We also see that you are a team player with good collaboration skills and are skilled in problem-solving.
